The name of the Company is FEROZA LAND REAL ESTATE LTD. coming from inspired named Mrs. Feroza Begum. She is mother of Abdus Samad Madbar(Chairman of FEROZA LAND REAL ESTATE LTD.). she was born in the smallest village of jautia in the district of Munshigonj. Her date of birth is not known. However, nephew of hers posits March 18, 1937.
She was a housewife. Her husband name was Md. Shahed Ali Madbar. He was a business man. She has two sons and three daughters. Abdus Samad Madbar is younger son of Md. Shahed Ali Madbar and Feroza Begum. She were liked her younger son and also very heart to her.
In 1983, her husband died. Day by day she was getting sicks. On her old age she were not able to walk even can’t wake up from the bed. On that period of time Mr. Samad were tried to take care of his mother on his level best.
After a long period of time on April 7, 1994 she died. Before her breath out from this exotic earth she gave her all property to Abdus Samad Madbar.
